I placed the order and started to feel a little uneasy once the payment went through. The shipping took way longer than expected, the tracking barely moved, and every time I contacted support, I got vague answers that didn’t really help. By the time it finally showed up, I was just annoyed and pretty much done with the whole experience. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Website feels cluttered and outdated"
I only spent a little time looking through the website, but the design turned me off quickly. Everything felt crowded and kind of old, like it hasn’t been refreshed or cleaned up in ages.
The photos and text don’t seem arranged in a way that’s easy to follow, so I had a hard time focusing on what I was even looking at. The products might be perfectly fine, but a messy site like that doesn’t give me much confidence, especially since I’m already a bit wary of having to deal with customer service if something goes wrong.

"Frustrating order experience and way too many reminders"
I placed an order and then basically heard nothing for ages. I emailed twice to ask what was going on, but the replies took forever and didn’t really answer my questions. What made it even more annoying was getting these pushy reminder messages while I was still waiting for a proper update on my actual order. It felt like they were more interested in nudging me than helping me. I ended up feeling ignored, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.
"Looked nice, but didn’t last"
At first I really liked how it looked, so I was hoping it would hold up better. But after just a few weeks, it cracked and the material started to feel cheap. It’s not even about that it broke eventually, things happen, it’s more that it happened so fast...

"As someone who really values basic..."
As someone who really values basic communication, this was frustrating. I reached out to support and just never heard anything back. It made me feel like my issue didn’t matter.

"Decent product, but I expected better packaging"
The product itself was fine, but the packaging didn’t meet what I expected. The box showed up dented, and because it seemed to move around inside, one corner had a small chip. For the price, I figured it would’ve been packed with a little more care or at least some extra padding. It’s not damaged enough to be unusable, but it was still frustrating since it feels like it could’ve been prevented easily.

"Not worth the price"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. The quality just wasn’t there, and when I had concerns, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of trying to help. Definitely wasn’t worth the price for me.
